Absolutely! Over the past couple of years, I have read many articles regarding Vitamin D and it’s many benefits. And many people are deficient in this very important vitamin. So at your next physical, when the doctor says he/she wants to draw blood to check your cholesterol, make sure to ask that your Vitamin D levels are also tested.
Check out this very informative article by Dr. Mercola where he claims Vitamin D is the “silver bullet” for cancer.
Did you see at the end of this article the optimal level of Vitamin D? The OPTIMAL range is 50-65 ng/ml. A friend of mine who’s in her early forties got her Vitamin D checked last year, and guess what her level was? 5 ng/ml. That shocked both her and me. With some serious supplementation, she now is in the optimal range. But if she hadn’t requested the test, she never would have known her level was so dangerously low.
In addition to keeping my Vitamin D within the optimal range, I also use the Glutathione patches to help keep my body detoxified. Both are recommended by Suzanne Somers in her book “Knockout”, where she interviews doctors who cure cancer. That’s some good advice!
