Everyone should know about Nambudripad Allergy Elimination Technique (NAET), an all-natural, drug-free, alternative therapy for getting rid of allergies once and for all. This treatment worked well for my kids and might work for someone in your family too.
With NAET, allergies are identified through muscle testing (using applied kinesiology) and cured/"cleared" with subsequent acupressure or acupuncture treatments. The video below will give you a better idea of the experiences others have had with the technique and what is involved.
A FEW MORE THOUGHTS...
The NAET treatments my family had involved only acupressure, so my kids never had treatments that involved any needles. Seems to me that different doctors each have their own unique way of doing NAET. If you are trying to find a doctor to do these treatments on you or your kids, you might want to ask whether or not their method involves needles.
Note, after a traditional NAET treatment is performed, the patient should avoid the allergen for 25 hours. If you are having an outdoor allergen "cleared" through this technique, you will need to stay indoors as much as possible to avoid breathing in the culprit. It can be challenging to keep your kids indoors for that long after a traditional NAET therapy, but well worth it if it will mean the allergen no longer bothers their bodies.
Dr. Sean McCaffrey (located off Wabash Avenue in Springfield, Illinois) has a unique, non-traditional NAET treatment, that desensitizes your body to the allergen immediately (so you don't have to wait 25 hours after the treatment before exposing yourself to the allergen again). His treatments are ideal and especially wonderful for "clearing" airborne allergens. Dr. McCaffrey is the one who introduced my family to this type of therapy, and he did many treatments on my kids to eliminate their most severe allergies. I am extremely grateful for his expertise and effective treatments!
If you don't have access to a doctor who performs NAET treatments, you might want to consider a do-it-yourself, home-based, Allergy Elimination Kit. One can be purchased online at www.The-Allergy-Kit.com which includes allergen vials and special access to an area on their website where customers can view a video tutorial on how to perform this treatment. The kit costs $190 and was well worth every penny, in my opinion.
If you choose to go the "do-it-yourself" route, you don't need an allergen vial of everything you're allergic to in order to eliminate it with this method. If you have the actual allergen, e.g. cinnamon, then you can use the actual cinnamon from your spice rack to perform the NAET treatment. Or, if you're allergic to something blowing in the air, e.g. corn dust, pollen or mold, you can take a wet paper towel and collect it on the paper towel by leaving it hanging somewhere outside for about an hour. You then put that paper towel in a plastic storage bag and use it to do the "clearing".
Are you unsure of what your specific allergies/sensitivities/intolerances are? If so, you might consider having an ALCAT test done. This test is a blood draw that identifies food and chemical sensitivities/intolerances. This test was helpful to have; it allowed us to know more specifically what we needed to treat with NAET. For one of my kids, we also had Type 1 allergy testing done by an allergist (MD). So I took her list of Type 1 allergies and Type 2 intolerances with me to our doctor appointments with Dr. McCaffrey. And with these lists in hand, the doctor went to town knocking out my daughter's allergies and intolerances using NAET. I believe these test results saved us time because the doctor didn't have to do so much "searching" through applied kinesiology for what the allergies/intolerances were. He knew exactly what he needed to wipe out! And that's what he did.
