A couple of years ago, I found out that by tapping the third eye (acupuncture point GV24.5), it can stimulate the production of melatonin naturally and help people to fall to sleep and get a deeper sleep. After learning this, I had to try it myself and with my kids. So we have tried this, i.e., gently tapping in the center of the forehead for several minutes before going to bed.
